So I did gleee! last night, but hardcopy, because my dad had the computer, I crashed early, and I was on the phone with my girlfriend (which was indeed gleee! item number 1.) I'm relieved to see that no one was worried about me. I was fine, just tired.

Today was a godawful day. I finally finished my medethics paper at around six in the morning, after much dilly-dallying and procrastination. Then this morning, I was almost late for class, and then I actually was going to be late for my afternoon class, but I decided to sleep through it instead. So I did. And that was very nice. I would recommend it to all of you.
Well, I don't actually have the Kant paper due tomorrow. I need to present my research, which means a nice draft of some sort should be done. I have rather less than half of it written, but it's a fully argued paper, so I just need to pad it. I've got some nice mined quotes I can use as well, and I'm kinda really tired, so I think I'm going to read a teeny tiny bit more fic, then go to bed.
I really, really hate school.
I want fluffy fic. Write me fluffy fic!

Mmm, morning on ten hours of sleep. So much more pleasing than morning on no hours of sleep, which is what usually attacks me. I got breakfast and still have two hours till I need to be in class.
Still have painfully large amounts of work I need to do, but at least now I have some potential energy with which to do it. Also, hot chocolate.
I'm itchy. I should probably take a shower. And put on some dry skin cream.
While I did not have ten billion fangirls emerge from the woodwork, evidently I do have some, which is pleasant and reasonable and very sweet. *hugs you all*
I keep on forgetting to mention that the Gateverse (both shows) got renewed for another season. The Gateverse has survived the rise and fall of all my other shows except tS and Buffy.

-Firefly (which isn't actually even one of my shows) came and went
and yet Stargate SG-1 lives on... I know lots of people have said all that needs to be said, but let me just let out an unmitigated squee. More Gateverse means something to live for.

Second, the guest star of the day is Peter LaCroix, sci-fi guest star of DOOM. He played a red shirt on todays tS; he's also Kendrick in "Revisions" and the Ashrak. I was praying for him to die so that I wouldn't have to keep throwing my head against the wall.
I went to bed at nine o'clock last night and slept until nine this morning. I'm feeling much better, but I still feel as if the words "more productive coughing" are encouraging, and am considering taking the last dose of decongestant. *chest implodes*
My Existentialism textbook arrived today! Go me!
Need to go to the bathroom quick quick before running to class.

Jun. 3rd, 2003 01:37 pmI slept late again today, til almost 1:30. I'm about 2/3 of the way done with the second HP book. I'm also falling way behind in Stargate-watching as a result, so I'll have to seriously pull some marathon watching sessions if I want to be done by June 13.
Dreaming about discussing slash with my dad has got to be one of the scariest things ever. *shudder*
