Ducky McCrae is awesome beyond belief and you should all read the CA Diaries solely for the joy that is he. For those of you still in the dark, the California Diaries is a Baby-Sitters Club spin-off that is 1000x more excellent than even the BSC)

Well my impression has been that you've been reading him as gay much the way we read Dawn or whomever as queer (plus I figured if AMM&co. had created a canonically gay character I would have heard it about) but I appreciate the clarification :)
