In Michigan, we kind of slur between the two options above, though it's closer to the second than the first. And if it's just Pepsi without the Cola, then we pronounce it PEP-see.

I would say PEP-see as well, of course, but when I'm being formal and saying the full name, it's PEPsihCOla or similar.

All my friends pronounce "Pepsi" as "PEP-see", but "Pepsi-Cola" is usually "PEP-sih-CO-la". "PepsiCo", on the other hand, is "PEP-see-CO."
