joy for Easter - eight

wisdomeagleEarly in the morning, on the first day of the week, just after sunrise, they were on their way to the tomb, and they asked each other, "Who will roll the stone away from the entrance of the tomb?" Mark 16:2-3 NIV.
1. In church this morning, someone asked for prayer requests for a friend of hers who was transitioning mtf and will start living as a woman tomorrow. I'm really amazed that... my church is UCC, but there's a pretty wide range of beliefs on social issues, so I was really impressed and gladdened that someone could offer prayers for that. And I mean, decent prayers, like for guidance and wisdom etc.
2. I got to take a nap this afternoon. Lovely! And I've been having West Wing and BSC dreams. :)
3. We went to Papa Gino's tonight, and they have this new pizza that's really good.
4. Easter candy!
5. This fic was written for me. It's Jessi/Kristy and... why is the BSC fandom so awesome? Why? Why?
Three things I did well today:

2. I helped with grocery shopping.
3. I started writing Other Fic (tm) that is actually not for a challenge of any kind!
Two things I am looking forward to doing (better) tomorrow:
1. Writing more Other Fic.
2. Sleeping late. :)
So... if one were writing BSC fic, and one kind of made everyone in the club a lesbian (and paired up with her best friend)... that would be:
a. weird.
b. canonical.
c. no weirder than going through eighth grade all those times!
d. if that's weird, then the canon is weird. Deal with it, Ari!
