This is v. hard! It depends on whether book- or movie- Matilda, and how grown up she is.
I think with bookverse!Matilda, it's cliff Hermione (with regrets!) shag Anne, marry Matilda.
movieverse!Matilda? Cliff Matilda, shag Hermione, marry Anne.
(though the thing about Hermione and Anne both is they want like 600000 children [okay, SLIGHT exaggeration] and I am not sure if I want any, which could make marriage complicated.
Cinderella, Snow White, Rapunzel (any versions you choose).
