Think I'll leave this one for Ari. It's totally impossible. House is clearly unmarriable, unshaggable and uncliffable. Wilson is shaggable and marriable, and Kutner I just don't care about enough. (If it had been Cole, on the other hand...)

See, I think I was thinking House as House, but Wilson as Robert Sean Leonard (whom I've adored since childhood - Dead Poets Society...) Your points about Wilson and wife number whatever are well taken.
