Today I am getting to know my CD burner. We are backing up my entire 5 gig music collection. I'm on the last of eight CDs now. I've also backed up all my music videos. This is unfortunately leading up to the deletion of large portions of this collection from Della's hard drive, as I really don't have room for all of Farscape and it's definitely crunch time.

My mother made my day today! I mean, I'm talking bouncing around the room, squealing, dancing, and in general "oh my God, I love you!" Yes, people: she's got the sci-fi channel on her cable TV package! This means I can make her tape the premiere of Stargate SG-1 for me! Three hours of Michael Shanks goodness. (And AT and CJ and RDA and DSD and...)

Sumita my love, I will definitely write you a real letter. I'm not sure when, though, given the weirdness of the upcoming week. I will, though, as soon as I find time and energy. Love you always.

*smile* okay. given the hurriedcrazygonutsmadness of this coming week (and the one after that. and then the one after that. and then the last one, right after that.), I don't know if I'd be able to respond soon either. but yay. :)

(psst. I hope you don't think I'm mad at you. I'm not.. I don't think I really have it in me to be mad about something like that. as long as you're happy, I'm happy, and I'm not about to start pitching fights over your subconscious. *smiles*)
