joy for Advent

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was with God in the beginning. Through him all things were made; without him nothing was made that has been made. 1. People surprise you sometimes. At the Advent book discussion group, I was surprised by one of the people who favored inclusive language. Huh. Plus, she said I was very wise for a 20something, which always pleases me and worries me for extremely complicated reasons.
2. There was teevee tonight. Hurrah for Veronica Mars!
3. People are requesting commentaries. Yay. :)
4. Chocolate ice cream, always of the good.
5. I got to take a wee nap. :)

Three things I did well today:
1. Got to the Advent discussion group and talked a bit!
2. Got to Advent meditation tonight.
3. Finished, edited, and posted houserareathon fic.

Two things I am looking forward to doing (better) tomorrow:
1. Starting Christmas cards!
2. Femslash_minis.
