G'morning, flist. Got lots of sleep last night, yay! How's everyone else doing? Who feels like entertaining me?

Meme from flist:

A-- go to my fic and pick out a line or two from one of my stories.
B-- I will respond with which story I think it's from.
C-- points and a drabble to anyone who stumps me.

Must attempt to be productive today. Don't want to. Want to curl up with coffee and long fanfic and enjoy last day pre-gainful-employment. But ought to sort laundry, empty dishwasher, finish crossover fic, et al.

I'll try it.

Which is funny, because he's never felt qualms about fantasizing about, well, anyone.

Is that enough? Or should I include a bit more to be fair?

Okay, your turn: He undresses and sinks to his knees without thinking; the moment for hesitation has passed.

Name. That. Fic.

Ooooh, Ari meme!

Okay, so I picked three...

There’ve been enough martyrs in this war.

No, but if you keep mentioning it often enough, I'll have to go reread it (again) and find a line...

"The Last Night of the World" Significantly ickier pairing. *nods*

But it's fun! *bounces* Arific!

2) Yes

3) No, "For Hometown Girls"

Drabble! Drabble! Drabble!

Who, me? Just want drabbles? *is shocked at the suggestion*

Maybe something Willow/Xander-ish? Or Wes(& or /)Cordy-ish? Or Farscape-ish? *is all specific and stuff*

*wibbles at Roommate's icon*

Okay, one more before I actually have to go do stuff:

She didn't want to die, but she didn't know what else she could do.

*bows* *is always a very specific Roommate* :p Maybe later, but am not sure would enjoy it at the moment.

Yes! Ari's bestist fic ever! But when she went on the internet, she was shocked to find that even though there are approximately seventeen thousand slash stories in the Sentinel fandom, Wistful had read them all!!! Twice. Some, she had even committed to memory. This was clearly a tragedy.

'Scape drabble! 'Scape drabble! 'Scape drabble!

*is determined*

Okay, I'll give myself a couple chances at once...

1. "She thinks about Cordelia's smile, and her visions, and the headaches that never went away, and the way Cordy smiled through the pain, and the way Cordelia could wear anything and look gorgeous."

2. "quantification would be a bitch, and setting up a control group would pose peculiar difficulties."

3. "It was plain and kind of bland, with stripy wallpaper and a tired-looking bed."

Now I'm off to post the meme myself. *g*

Yay, I got you! It's from "Tokens Exchanged on the Way to Enlightenment".

I was possibly cutting things down a little too much: the full fragment would probably have better been "Was informed by male patron that forever is probably not too far away," but that seemed too obvious.

So, I leave it to your judgment whether I deserve a drabble. West Wing, CJ and Abbey, slashy or not as you prefer. If I deserve one *g*.

*snuggles you*

sorry, that was an evil quote, but i wanted to win :)

can I request Wesley and Cordelia (shippy or not) discussing a subject on which she is smarter than him?

play mine here, if you want.
