joy for ordinary time

GLEEEEEE!

1. Dad was really pleased when I told him how much I'd accomplished today, and that made me pleased. :)
2. I made more gleeee! icons, and I love them.
3. ONE WEEK till the Big Damn Movie.
4. I was really pleased with how much I managed to accomplish today.
5. I got email from my girlfriend.
6. (BONUS) Glee really is bursting out all over. Two new gleee!ers today on my flist by my count.
7. (BONUS) Alanis Morissette's "Hands Clean," which has been dubbed the mentorsex song.

Three things I did well:
1. I sorted the laundry.
2. I vacuumed the living room.
3. I wrote my femslash_minis ficlet.

Two things I am looking forward to doing (better) tomorrow:
1. Thinking about learning to drive. Note, I just said thinking about
2. Getting my room cleaner.


Note: Today I used the fifteen minute technique in order to accomplish INSANE amounts of things. And I didn't watch a single bit of West Wing, which I'm going to remedy now. :)

Though I suppose he does look something like him. But... very different. Both lawyers, but one of them is Princeton!prim, the other is more poor white pulled-up-by-bootstraps, and also evil.

I am loving the gleee! (And need to make myself an icon, but for now, Kaylee will do.) Once you write it out, no matter what else happened (barring life-shattering disasters, which do not happen all that often, thank goodness), it's hard to think anything but, "Yeah, I had a pretty good day."

And the fifteen minute technique is my life preserver. It will be heavily in use tomorrow as I try to plow through homework.

Kaylee IS gleee. :) And I too love glee!ing nightly, and sometimes, when life-shattering stuff does happen? Mid-day super!emergency,!glee can come in handy, even when your three things you've accomplished are woke up, got dressed, and didn't kill self.

I'm having serious icon love here since I spent a couple of hours last night trying to morph Sam, CJ and Toby into the same icon and failed miserably!

Oh, god. *That* song kills me every time, for, again, reasons which are obvious. And now I can't use it on compilation tapes 'cause of the random crying. :)

Yay on all counts! I love the scene from which icon comes, which has random-everyone-hugging, and the moment I iconed, which looks to my pervy brain like the three of them are trying to figure out how to all kiss each other at once. :)
