eeeeee! House! YAYAYAYAYAY!
Good things:
+House throwing rocks at Wilson's window. They are so five. And also, in love. Yes, yes indeed.
+House chopping up and snorting antihistimines. I so think they are just playing with fandom's druggie!House crap. It's fun.
+Chassssse! And their reactions to him kissing the girl. Cameron's all, "OMG ew," and House is all snarky and aloof. So pretty.
+Cross. Gen. Kissage. Yeah. I'm just a bad, bad person.
+Going to the tough emotional place and going there. Hugh Laurie can act like whoa.
+Cuddy crying at the end! EEEEE!
+House trusting Foreman!! "I saw it.".... "That's good enough for me."
+ "Is it still illegal to autopsy people who aren't dead?" "Are you high?" "Is it Tuesday?" Their snark is deadly.
Not as good things:
-I thought the ending was a bit overdone -- liked parts of it. Liked Wilson being like, "House, you fucking asshole, you could be DEAD in a year from your own MANPAIN." And I... sort of liked the goodbyes with Cancer Patient and most of the doctors; thought the one with Chase was... kind of off, but then, they really didn't know how to write themselves out of that hole, now did they?
-Ditto, the goodbye with House. Liked, "You aren't getting a kiss out of me, no matter what you say," and him resolutely not hugging her. Did not like so much her being the voice of wisdom, and was, um, not so fond of the motorcycle thing. Eh. YMMV.
settiai's post reminded me of some other adorable bits:
+Clinic Hours Patient of the Week, home circumcision man. Hilarious. I heart my show.
+"You're treating your stuffy noise with... cocaine?" Love Wilson. Dude.
Ten seconds till fandom concludes it really was cocaine.

You think it'll take that long? I mean, I loved that bit, because of Wilson's reaction, and the possible mockage of the fandom thing, but I also cringed.
Because two whole weeks loving this show has already let me know that yeah, people will be all over that.

Date: 2005-09-22 10:39 pm (UTC)the girl being the voice of wisdom bothered me, too. i was iffy on the motorcycle, but i liked it because of Wilson's comment to House regarding how House needs things done fast when he was snorting the anti-hystamines. having learned from another comment that Hugh Laurie rides a motorcycle, i'm far less iffy than i was before and more on the liking it side.
