I finally finished the letter to Cynthia, and I enclosed two pieces of writing, both of them immensely depressing, one about sin and angst and depression, and one about insanity and the universe and the fact that everything comes to an end.

My duty is clear--to attempt to ruffle the feathers and disturb the complacency of ministerpeople past and present.
