My life is just a never-ending whirlpool of last times, of transitions, of things being blown away in the wind. Tonight I spent 12 hours with my gals, reading a pink novel and watching Xenosaga and Tomb Raider (part of which was at Area 51 which reminded me of my as-yet unfinished Ethan/Maybourne fic, also set at Area 51. The presence of dead!Asgard!corpses was deeply unsettling. O_o)

But my friends are going abroad for May Term... not entirely sure when they're leaving, but it will be soon. This weekend. Which makes me sad. And potentially lonely.

That should cheer us right up, right? I'm going to reread what I've written so far of the Ethan/Maybourne crack, then watch another ep of VMars, then bed.

Thing is, I'm not really gonna have *any* freedom until after April 29th... Or at least, I really need to commit myself to nothing but thesis until then. :p And by that time you'll be taking a class, right?

Is there a Greyhound station in Staunton? That would take some of the guesswork out of transportation (I hesitate to work something out with Jan again, 'cause I do think she'd do it, but she seems extra stressed and tired lately)...except that it would cost money...

Aww, those are so many of the things i value most about myself and strive to be/do, so that means a lot to me.
