joy for Lent: ten

teh_indy and ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-community.gif)
freak_icons, I believe. It's replaced the McKay icon in my lineup, but I've still got Weir smiling.
2. It was a Saturday and I got to sleep in! Yay! By which I mean sleep all day. Not so yay. But still, sleep!
3. I found my purple pants while I was doing laundry! They've been here all along. Just... hiding.
4. I got a phone call with girlfriend! And we talked about thesisy stuff, which was very cool. And I'll talk to girlfriend again later, since I was good and did even more thesis!
5. They Fight Crime drabble tag. Psst: go play! Set up more prompts to help me procrastinate!
6. (BONUS) ETA: Favorite sentence from thesis: "Eric Gill’s 'Nuptials of God' embodies its own transgression." I have no idea what it means, but it's hot. Like "Nuptials of God" itself.[/edit]
Three things I did well:
1. I woke up for lunch and dinner!
2. I did laundry!
3. I worked on my senior thesis and wrote a total of 2,333 words, including 902 words about the Very Sexy Woodcut that's in my senior thesis icon.
4. (BONUS!) I got off the phone with girlfriend when I said I would, after only an hour of talking.
Two things I am looking forward to doing (better) tomorrow:
1. I will study for my anthro test
2. I will go to church and be a joyful Christian and continue to remember that my Lenten path is about following Jesus into the desert.
3. (Bonus?) I will go to the grocery store and buy batteries and shampoo!
