joy for Lent: five
Feb. 14th, 2005 10:43 pmI'm reeeally tired. I should glee earlier, and get the full benefit of my awakeful gleeness.
1. Tutoring was light tonight. Just one person, and she didn't need a lot of help.
2. Errr, I bought crap from the vending machine, and I got coffee ice cream, and there was really yummy cheesecake at dinner.
3. I reread Mary Anne Saves the Day. More thoughts when more awake. Maybe. It was squee-worthy... the first BSC book I ever read, twelve years ago.
4. Looking at stuff from middle school reminded me that I really have grown up quite a lot.
5. Bonus Valentine's Day squee! Best girlfriend in the WHOLE WORLD OMG and wonderful package with wonderful, silly BSC books and yay, happy Valentine's Day love for everyone.
Three things I did well:
1. I didn't fall asleep in class!
2. I made tea this morning! (By which I mean, I got hot water and a tea bag from the dining hall, because they were out of coffee.
3. I helped someone at tutoring.
Two things I am looking forward to doing (better) tomorrow:
1. I'll go see my supervisor and get my time card signed.
2. I will actually do schoolwork. Really.
