I was supposed to do my soc test tonight. Instead I read friendsfriends and realized that there is a new episode of Atlantis tonight. So I stupidly clicked behind the cut before I realized it was not about "The Eye" but about 1x12. *headdesk* So I clicked out before I got spoiled. I'm sure you're all happy for me.

Tomorrow night "Showtime" and "The Defiant Ones"? Will do homework between now and then. Swear.

Uh, homework and school and all still overwhelming me terribly. *cries* And grad school apps. And... no. Nooo thinking about the ickiness. Ickiness, by definition, should not be thought about.

Inspired by the likes of medie, I am tempted to write genderbender!McKay where McKay is female (and has been from birth, blah). It would naturally be McWeir. Mmm, femslash!OTP. Ergh, this might go on the list of plotbunnies right after the Legolas/Gimli het. o_O

I'm rather behind on the friendslist this week, so i'm clearly late to the party, but hot chocolate is a wonderful thing even people who wouldn't know how to write good fanfic if an instruction book danced on their nose (though admittedly it's very difficult to read a book if it is dancing on your nose) should not be deprived of hot chocolate. I haven't read much of your fic, but is "you are possibly the only person capable of writing fluffy Wishverse vamp!Willow/vamp!Xander and your story is so TRUE" not enough of an ego stroke for you? ;P And i feel you on the overwhelemed thing. I didn't even know you were applying to grad school. ::hugs::

::hugs:: Many of my grad school apps are due in December, so avoidance is not so much an option -- though trying to do apps and regular schoolwork is something of an impossible balancing act. I think i'm capable of doing graduate level work, though i suspect my transcript doesn't show that, but i'm really psyched about what i wanna do and honestly i just wanna be allowed to teach college classes on "Reading for Subtext" and suchlike. Boo to having to have a PhD in order to teach college students.
