Sorry, you've got me on all but the baseball - St. Louis born, and no matter how long I live in Minnesota, the Cardinals will always be gods in my world. If it makes you feel better, I do hope the Sox beat the Yankees, because I'm filled with more than my share of Yankee hate. ;)
I don't have cable and so have never seen Farscape. We are working our way through Babylon 5 at Netflix at the moment, but my husband and I watch so little television that it is a VERY slow process. I would like to see Farscape one day, but I suspect that it will be a few years away.
As for baseball, I'm afraid I stopped paying attention when the Cubs fell out of contention for the Wild Card. I'm actually more of a White Sox fan, but will support any Chicago team. Once the Windy City is out of it, however, I lose interest.
I *will* watch the Farscape miniseries... but I have FAILED to watch the series airing on SciFi this month and so may end up taping Farscape to watch later when I have more of a background. We'll see. The time management part of my brain is going "don'tgetintosomethingnew! don'tgetintosomethingnew! don't.get.into.something.new!!!!!!"
