I have coffee with coffee ice cream and I have West Wing and I have way, way too many ficathons to write for. O_o

state of the ficathons

So, I think I've tracked down all the ficathons and challenges for which I've signed up. (Up which for I've signed?) I used to record all of these in an always on top post, but when, last August, I flaked on three or four ficathons in a row (due to circumstances beyond my control), I abandoned the post out of guilt. As a result, I need to rely solely on my memory. Uh oh. As near as I can recall, these are the 'thons I've signed up for:

short_takes, now four days overdue, and this is my own 'thon.
Kink/Cliché challenge, due May 15.
apocalyptothon, due June 1.
TWW rarepairs, due June 7.
Sweet Dreams and Flying Machines (girlslash in space), due June 11.

I also need to be thinking about a twins-in-Anne essay for new_atalanta, but fortunately I have lots of ideas for that, and just need to reread the octology, which fortunately won't be a problem.

If anyone else can think of something I might've signed up for, feel free to remind me, but I think that's it.

In two of those I'm writing for myself, which makes me feel better. And none of them (except the Jessi fic) are due very soon.

Meanwhile, I just saw "The Warfare of Genghis Khan" (TWW 5xsomething or other 13). Oh, Josh. *inspired*

1. It was an absolutely gorgeous day today.
2. I'm all up-to-date on ficathons for the moment.
3. I'm just 150 pages away from beginning Anne of Green Gables. (Or I mean, I could just not finish Jo's Boys, but I'm so close to being done!)
4. I love my dad so much. :) Just 'cos.
5. I got to sleep late.

Three things I did well today:
1. I wrote fanfic.
2. I went for a bike ride.
3. I posted the sign-ups for the Mary Anne round of short_takes.

Two things I am looking forward to doing (better) tomorrow:
1. Going to work.
2. Being productive. Writing, maybe?
