If I were to choose five S6 episodes that needed follow-up eps, sequels, or continuation, they would probably be:
-Full Circle (obvious. Fallen/Homecoming.)
-The Changeling (potentially changing Jaffa way of life; definitely changing Teal'c's way of life. Orpheus.)
-Unnatural Selection (Because that is so going to screw them over royally.)
-Smoke & Mirrors (Kinsey arc.)
-Disclosure (sucky episode, but should have serious consequences.)

I would not have chosen Full Circle, The Changeling, The Other Guys, Memento, and Forsaken. *shakes head*
