Cannot sleep. Cannot work. Can only stare at dismal remains of what were plans for Thanksgiving.

Am scheduled to fly into wrong airport. This is an "oh fuck" moment. Need mother's credit card to remedy situation, and suspect will be veryveryvery expensive.

Conclusion: must run away to be with roommate, as clearly cannot continue in this state. Being away from roommate is making me loose what slim shreds of intelligence I apparently once had.

*continues to be in state of panic*

*continues to miss roommate*

*can tell things are bad, as am calling her roommate rather than one of the other ten thousand names I have for her*

So I looked at flights on the same airline to the right city, as one could possibly reschedule flight for a fee, but problem is that all return flights are booked. (Conclusion: stay there forever.)

Also possible to book flights from wrong city to right city and back. Looking vaguely more feasible, if also far more expensive.

*waves goodbye to small fortune that was tutoring money*

Conclusion: long-distance friendships/relationships/anything suck.

Conclusion 2: I am an idiot.

Conclusion 3: Self-loathing is a drug. Depression is bad for me. I need to work this weekend (as always) and being numb with panic is not conducive to working effectively.)

Conclusion 4: I suck so much.

I'm sorry. So sorry.

Is it not possible to refund your ticket and even if you don't get *all* the money from it back, get enough back to buy a ticket for the right flight?

Possibly, but I don't think my ticket is refundable and I don't know if it's possible to book the right flight anymore. Will discuss with mother in morning.

Where are you flying into? Try JetBlue, they are a great super super cheap airline, plus they have TV in every seat! It was nice coming back from Los Angeles on the red eye and watching early morning news from New York! Made me feel at home on the way. You could always go back a little later maybe? Trust me, its not ragnarok, its only the Holidays :-D
