Take any 10 people on your friends list and think of a song that reminds you of each one, every time you hear it. Post it in your journal. Then your friends can read it and if they want they can do the same, including you as one of the 10 they choose.
if_: "Sad Lisa" by Cat Stevens. Because it's her.
noreverchaste: So many. Especially "The End" by The Doors from Apocalypse Now. Because she gave it to me.
venusinrapture: "Supermodel" by Jill Sobule. For obvious reasons. (It's the Clueless connection.) And "Friends Forever" by Vitamin C. Because it's sappy and stupid and true.
laynamarya: "Love Stinks" by Joan Jett and the Blackhearts, because she recommended it to me when I requested angsty breakup music.
losthalo is not technically on my friends' list, but I can't listen to "Marry Me" by Amanda Marshall without thinking of her, because she recommended it to me when I requested a song, any song. By extension, I also think of toregone
gwyddion: "Yellow" by Coldplay. I'm not sure if this was his recommendation for the angsty breakup music compilation, but I still associate it with him whenever I hear it.

I cannot for the life of me remember who it was, though. It obviously wasn't you, and I know you weren't there back then... and of course, it was on the old QT, so basically, any archive is gone forever.
