redsox is the saddest thing in the world today. It's so... so... only a true masochist can be a real Sox fan. IMO. On a less depression note: I have Jack/Harry on my desktop again, and they are so... Jack/Harryish! I think I might want to watch Paradise Lost tonight. Yes, I do. *starts it playing*
Area52 is back up! Hurrah! The fic is rather mediocre, though. And his name is Daniel. Not Danny. This is my biggest pet peeve. Well, one of my biggest. Anyhow. At least Jack never calls Harry annoying nicknames in fic. Of course, this might be because there is almost no Jack/Harry fic. Anyhow, watching Paradise Lost was an excellent idea. There's nothing more cheerful than rightship.
Can someone explain to me why so many PEGs are queer? In my estimation, more than 30% of my entering class is. And if we include slashers in that number, the count goes up by quite a bit. Someone should do a study of this, but if the parents of PEGs need to remain in the dark if they're going to send their daughters away early.
I have a few theories, but of course, I don't know for sure.

Oh, and what's a PEG? Sorry for my ignorance. :(

Date: 2003-10-17 09:59 pm (UTC)I used to have a higher tolerance for "Danny," but now for some reason it just drives me up the wall. Probably becasue it's fanon, and while I know fanon has a place, it also makes me angry because people aren't watching the show for themselves and drawing their own conclusions about the characters. They're getting lazy. And that's bad.
