I'm thinking Wilson would be a more generous, practiced lover, making sure you had a good time and came out satisfied...just because he's had so much...practice. House would be a more passionate lover, maybe a bit selfish, but I'm betting you would still have a good time, especially if you had a few drinks before hand to loosen you up.
