wisdomeagleI'd just like to point out that last year in my year in fic meme, one of my resoluations was, and I quote, "to watch Buffy at some point." Hee. I'm so cute. Anyhow, this year's this year in fic meme:
My favorite story this year (of my own): Oh, God, I don't know. I'm looking through my memories and there are a lot of candidates. I think I might have to choose Never Was Cool (Fred/Tara) though. Because it's just, well, OTP. I convinced myself of it. And then there was All Tweedy and Sarcastic, the Giles/Tara that just goes down smooth.
My best story this year: Quite possibly A Teeny Tiny Temporal Fold, the Willow/Giles time-travelly fic.

buffyverse1000? Although you guys set me up with some other fun challenges, *coughvomitsexcough*...
Most sexy story: untitled Wes/Lilah porn. Or possibly Like Most Riddles, Sam/Daniel smut.
Story with single sexiest moment: I'm a big fan of the scene in The Last One Night Stand Before He Reached LA where Sam and Wesley ride a motorcycle together.
Most unintentionally telling story: I'm not entirely sure what this question means, but let's go with Kristy and the Little Jealousies. I just reread it (rereading a lot of my fic tonight) and it's not as bad as I remembered. I think there is something in there, something... dunno. Just something.
"Holy crap, that's wrong, even for you" story: This would be a tie between The More The Merrier (Philosophers' orgy), Other Addictions (crossovers AND incest), but I think Tipsy, Thanksgiving, Need (RPS, bondage, DS, threesome, and frelling JOSS) wins after all.
Story that shifted my own perception of the characters: They all did, to some extent. I think writing early!Wesley in On the Cusp of Adulthood and "The Last One Night Stand Before He Reached LA" helped form my Wesley, and Trick made me rethink my McKay and figure out why I wrote him as being as harsh as he was... And "All Tweedy and Sarcastic" made me really think about how Tara perceives Giles.
Hardest story to write: As with last year, mystargate_santa challenge fic was frelling impossible to do, but that's just because I really can't write fic while on vacation. So the hardest would probably be... I don't know. I think plotting "A Teeny Tiny Temporal Fold" was the most work I've ever done on a single story... This was not my year for ficathons; I got Daniel/Jonas in one and ended up writing Pragmatic which was also like pulling teeth, as Daniel kept wanting to be with Jack...
Easiest story to write: Most fic-writing comes easy to me. The easiest writing is when I'm really tired, so I should mention the fic that most epitomizes that: Insomnia, really just a ficlet, also noteworthy as my first Jossverse fic of any kind. It just came.
Story I didn't write but will at some point, I swear: Uhh, I've got a list of plotbunnies. I think the Enid McKay story that's brewing will have to fall into this category for now...
