I didn't like how McKay exploited that, though it seemd part of McKay's reaction was punishment for Ford's unwillingness to reaveal who he actually was. I'd like to think that McKay will reciprocate later, but your story doesn't seem to be pointing that way...
See, in my mind, it's partially that McKay is mad at Ford for not coming out, but mostly it's just that McKay is really. really. bad at this. This being relationships, people, sex, whatever. He totally cannot read. He has no idea what Ford could want. I mean, yeah, he's using him for sex, but frankly, they're using each other. It's really not much deeper than that. McKay was willing to let Ford fuck him up the ass; he just doesn't really know any other way to provide sexual gratification. Regardless of what these two men do together, it won't be about mutual gratification.
Will McKay reciprocate? Well, eventually Ford will probably be like, "Dude. Don't I get to have any orgasms?" but I doubt McKay would come to the realization on his own that Ford even needs that, you know?
That said, I'm not entirely sure how happy I am with how callous McKay turned out. It was the bloody McKay ficathon, and my previously silent Ford!muse took over. I don't know if anything shows through about how McKay might be feeling about... well, about any of it. I have a tendancy to get totally into one character's head and leave the reader with no clue why the other characters do what they do.
