FYI--my story is a lot more Devil Wears Prada and a lot less His Dark Materials. Also, there are two more installments, in theory, that are half-finished on the hard drive.

But I'd love to know what you think about the book, both because Mary is awesome, and also because in re-reading lunabee34's posts and my own, I'm still fascinated by the book and the world.

Also, it occurs to me that lunabee34 and I need to read some more books at some point.
